Preliminary 2007 Reserve Report

The NCA Board recently commissioned an independent third-party to analyze our community's reserve situation. The NCA Board has made public a preliminary version of this report to facilitate community comment prior to accepting the report as final. Your written comments are welcome. Please e-mail your comments to manager@newingtoncommunity.org or mail them to the NCA Office via postal mail. Be sure you include your full name, address, and telephone number in order that your residential status may be verified. Comments lacking this information will be discarded. Phone comments cannot be accepted due to the obvious time constraints and difficulties in summarization and dissemination to the Board.
